The course “Mind Cleaning” is designed to help participants understand and overcome negative thoughts and build a happier and more fulfilling life.
Negative and toxic thoughts are those that are harmful or damaging to an individual’s mental and emotional well-being. These thoughts can be self-defeating, pessimistic, and self-critical, and can lead to negative emotions such as anxiety, stress, depression, and low self-esteem. Toxic thoughts can also manifest as harmful or destructive behavior towards oneself or others. These thoughts and behaviors can have serious consequences for an individual’s mental and physical health, relationships, and overall quality of life, therefore it’s important to identify and address negative and toxic thoughts in order to maintain good mental health and well-being.
