We would like to inform you that another mobile application on the market is infringing our trademark by using the same name “Mindspa”.
We want to assure all our users that this new app is not the real Mindspa and we are taking legal action to protect our brand. The Mindspa trademark was registered at the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO) in 2019, and it protects against other entities using the same name for, among other things, mobile applications. Our team has worked hard to create an app that provides users with a safe and effective space to improve their mental health and wellbeing. We take pride in the quality of our service, and we do not want our users to be confused by the presence of this other app trying to impersonate us.
Please be aware that the official “Mindspa” app is available for download on our website and through official app stores like the App Store and Google Play. You can easily distinguish our app by our logo, a stylized “M” on a blue background:

If you come across an app called Mindspa that does not meet these criteria, it is not our app and should not be trusted.
We have reported the issue to Apple, Google and Meta, requesting the immediate removal of such app from their app stores and social media, and we expect prompt action. We also want to remind our users that the security and privacy of their personal data is our top priority. We would never compromise on these values by allowing unauthorized use of our name and brand.
