I would like to express my deep gratitude for the “Don't Leave Me” course. I'm on day six and I want to say that I'm surprised that even though I just started the course, my life has somehow become calmer, especially after the self-awareness exercise.
Somehow it works :) Relationships wise, I was already able to compare the before and after. Recently when a situation happened, I would have fallen into severe sense of dependency, unhappiness and uselessness, but now this isn't happening anymore.
