One of the most asked questions we hear is “How do I select the right therapeutic course for me?”. And it is not a superfluous question, because we do have a great selection. All you need to do is decide which one is right for you and start changing your life for the better.

Everyone who comes to Mindspa has a “sore spot”: codependency, bad habits, money problems, anxious attachment, difficulties in relationships with children, etc. And each course has a goal. That is, it is designed to solve a specific task. It is important to find a course where your pain point and the course goal coincide and – go and learn!

But what if you have several problems?

This happens quite often. In reality, in most cases, this is how things are. Codependency often co-exists with counter-dependency of the partner. Hyper-sensitivity brings problems in communication. And low emotional intelligence rarely happens unless there are problems with self-image and many other areas, to be honest.

In this case, first of all, you need to choose either what hurts the most or what is more primary and pulls other problems along with it.
