Today, the 4 weeks that we have spent together at the virtual Mindspa resort are ending.

During these 28 days, we have been reminding you that it is very important – to take care of yourself.

We shared different options, approaches, exercises, theories, and ideas.

We think that our virtual Mindspa resort was a great experience both for us and for you.

But, we are not saying goodbye.
