11. …light up candles, aroma lamps, turn on Christmas lights – we create a little space of coziness and safety
12. …watch favorite TV series or read a favorite book on the couch
13. …do something creative: painting, playing music, singing
14. …listen to the sound of rain outside
15. …take care of our body – getting a massage, doing stretches, taking a hot bubble bath
