One – to energize yourself, to build self-confidence, motivation, and the desire to act and move forward.

The second one – for calm, unhurried, and relaxing moments.

The third one – is for the background. You can use it to remain with your thoughts, for meditation, or breathing exercises.

Ideally, you should fill these playlists with new music up to 50%.
