Join our team Marketing Coordinator (Italy) – Internship

Job brief:

Mindspa is looking for a newly-graduated or graduating student in Psychology with a passion for marketing and new technologies, for a 6 months paid internship. 

The role is to implement online marketing strategies for the Italian and Spanish markets throughout our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Pinterest. Part of the job will be also dedicated to market research and competitor analysis, with a particular focus to trends about mental health in the workplace.

The ideal candidate will show initiative and will be able to work in a remote based team. This position might lead to a permanent role for the candidate that will achieve the agreed objectives.

What does a marketing coordinator do?

As a Marketing coordinator, you will create original content and suggest creative ways to attract more customers and promote our brand in the targeted markets. Ultimately, you should be able to increase web traffic and customer engagement metrics aligned with broader marketing strategies.

Responsibilities:

– Research audience preferences and discover current communication trends
– Research competitors and market trends
– Create engaging text, image and video content
– Design posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and create buzz around new products
– Grow organic social media following, drive web and app traffic
– Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness
– Facilitate online conversations with customers and respond to queries
– Report on online reviews and feedback from customers and followers
– Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics across various media
– Oversee social media accounts’ layouts
– Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, such as promotions and challenges

Requirements:

– Newly-graduated or graduating student of Psychology (or Work Psychology)
– Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Pinterest)
– Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) 
– Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
– Excellent communication skills
– Multitasking and analytical skills
– Passion for educating and spreading awareness on mental health topics 
– Fluency in Italian and English (knowledge of Spanish language a plus)

Social Media Coordinator (m/f) – Full time

Social Media Coordinator responsibilities include:

– Researching audience preferences and discover current trends
– Creating engaging text, image and video content
– Designing posts to sustain readers’ curiosity and creating buzz around new products
– Coordinating with translators, editors and designers to maintain a consistent communication style across 5 languages
– Managing a budget and monitor metrics for social media ads campaigns

Job brief:

Mindspa is looking for a talented Social media coordinator to create and maintain a strong online presence for our fast-growing company.

Your role is to implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Pinterest.

The ideal candidate will show initiative and will be able to work with little oversight. This position will lead to a managerial role, with the possibility to build a social media team, for the candidate that will achieve the agreed objectives. You will report directly to our CMO and CEO.

Requirements:

– Proven experience as a Social media coordinator
– Expertise in multiple social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Pinterest)
– Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
– Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels
– Ability to gasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
– Excellent communication skills
– Multitasking and analytical skills
– Fluency in at least 2 languages among English, Russian, Italian, Spanish, Japanese (English is a must)
– Background in Marketing, Psychology or relevant field preferred
– Experience using design and video editing tools a plus

Mobile Developer (m/f) – Full time

Job description:

We are looking for a full-time talented Mobile Developer (iOS and Android) who will join our team working on our mobile app.

The job entails understanding the current architecture, adding new functionality and overall maintenance of the app.

Most of your day will be dedicated to software design, research and coding.

Working with us is a great opportunity to join a leading start-up at an early stage with lots of ownership and responsibilities

Main tasks:

– Developing mobile applications in Flutter & Dart
– Participating in the full software lifecycle of the applications
– Working closely with the CEO on the technology recommendations and key decisions throughout the project lifecycle
– Working with technology team to create innovative products or enhance the existing offerings

Required skills:

– At least 3 years of commercial experience in development of mobile apps (Android or iOS)
– Experience with Flutter framework & Dart (1 Year minimum mandatory)
– Experience of developing mobile application using native Android or iOS SDK & development tools
– Good understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, including automated testing and building
– Understanding of lifecycle of common widgets and ability to independently debut mobile apps
– Experience integrating RESTful APIs
– Strong portfolio of past work history related to flutter development
– Ability to assimilate new technologies quickly
– Very good interpersonal and communication skills
– Good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

Nice to haves:

– React Native development
– Javascript fundamentals (ES6)
– Commong Git workflows
– Devops experience on Heroku or AWS

Great to haves:

Have published one or more mobile apps in Google Play or App Store.
