Section “Articles”

This is where you are now. Feel free to scroll the feed. We have a lot of articles and they are all useful, easy to understand, and most importantly, to the point.

Section “Psychosutra”

This is a treasure trove filled with techniques for working on your emotions, feelings, and states. If you are facing a question about “how to deal with …?”, you must use the “Psychosutra” section.

Section “Courses”

The only thing you need to know about our courses is that 98% of the users notice positive changes.

You can see that we have a very diverse selection of programs that allow our users to work on psychological matters.

All the courses were created by professional psychologists who have at least 10 years of experience.

Section “Emergency”

You will find this section if you click on “MORE” in the main menu. This our supportive chat-bot.

If you feel bad and have difficulties dealing with some event or emotional state, use this section.

The algorithm for this chat-bot is created using the principles of crisis intervention. 

Section “Diary”

Our Diary is built with the purpose to help you focus on the things that are important and get to know yourself better.

Your records are private: nobody can read them except you.

Section “Personality Tests”

If you are having a hard time deciding what your problem is and how to solve it, use the “Personality Tests” section (click on “MORE” in the main menu).
