The plan of action is as follows:
During the day, every two hours, take measurements of the listed below parameters. So as not to forget – put yourself reminders on your phone.
– Mood – on a scale from 1 to 10;
– Energy level – on a scale from 1 to 10;
– Concentration – on a scale from 1 to 10;
– The speed of thinking (how quickly I think) – on a scale from 1 to 10;
– Motivation – on a scale from 1 to 10;
– Interest in the process – on a scale from 1 to 10;
Analyze the collected data in the evening. Highlight the time zones when you have the highest scores and the periods when you have the lowest.
Ideally, you should continue these observations for 2-3 days. If you can devote a whole week to them, it will be just wonderful.
With this research, you will be able to draw up a time-map of your productivity. And you will know how best to plan your day: when to schedule an activity, and when to rest.
