We are glad to welcome you to our virtual Mindspa resort. We will spend a whole month taking care of you and making sure that this caring will become an integral part of your life.

Our first week will be spent in the Energy capsule. Here, we will restore the energy and balance, and gain more strength.

Let us start with… cleaning. It consists of three stages.

Stage one.

Allocate 25 minutes and spend them removing clutter from your phone. Delete all the not-needed photos, messages, and apps.

Stage two.

Find 15 minutes and spend them arranging and cleaning your desk or your virtual desktop on your computer.

Stage three.

Allocate 20 minutes, find any area in your home (preferably the one where you spend most of the time) and organize it by removing all the clutter.

And voilà – just 1 hour of your time and you will already start feeling lightness, freedom, pride, and more energy. All the unnecessary “waste” and “toxins” will leave your surroundings.
