Our team combines expertise in psychology and technology to make mental health support more approachable and impactful.\n<\/p>\t\n<h3>Role Overview:<\/h3>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\nAs our Operations Specialist, you will work closely with our co-founder in assisting the Marketing and Support teams, becoming an integral part of the company\u2019s day-to-day operations. You will gain full knowledge of all our tools and systems, and assist both the Marketing team in executing campaigns and promotions, and the Support team in dealing with more technical requests. Your goal will be to own systems and processes that keep our campaigns running efficiently, and to improve efficiency across all channels so that we can better serve those who need our help.\n<\/p>\n<h3>Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n<p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n&#8212; Platform management \u2013 Manage marketing tools (e.g., CMS, CRM, newsletters, tests) to support team objectives.
