Today, we are going to have a dancing lesson.

There are no people who do not know how to dance. Some people do not know that they can and for some people, it is hard to find contact with their bodies.

Dancing is important. Through dancing, you remove tension, express suppressed emotions, and show feelings that are difficult to express with words.

You do not have to join a dancing class, especially if you feel shy.

Allow your body to do what it wants.

You do not need to try hard.

You do not need to monitor your movements.

And in general, you should not force yourself.

Just listen to the signals of your body and follow them.

Follow your instincts.
